West Virginia UTV & ATV: Half Day Tour
UTV and ATV riders in West Virginia discover a world of off-road fun on spectacular ATV trails at the New River Gorge. The ATV Half Day Tour With Snack or Lunch Options
Get "down & dirty" exploring the Burning Rock Off Road Park in this action-packed thrill ride! This trail system is a big reason West Virginia has become known as "Trails Heaven." More than 100 miles of trails (more in progress) and ATV-friendly communities throughout the region, combine to create an adventure you will want to come back to again and again. Trails rating range from beginner to advanced.
Skill Level
This tour is offered on beginner trails, the remnants of old logging trails and reclaimed strip mine roads. Beginners will ride on several miles of gravel roads into the mountains then head out on single track green trails (Green trails are for beginners and are approximately 6 to 8 feet wide). These single track trails wind around the steep wooded mountains, climbing and dropping through mud puddles, ruts, and rocky winding trails. The guides will lead, assist and teach you the basics during the four hour ride. For flatlanders these trails seem steep in places and offer plenty of obstacles and challenges.
This trip is not for the faint hearted or someone without good balance, strength, or the "go for it" attitude. Whether you're a novice or an advanced rider, enjoy a true experience of West Virginia — "Wild and Wonderful"!
